Allwinds Dog First Aid course taking place at Hewish & Puxton Village Hall, BS24 6RW from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 2nd April 2023 with 15% of the proceeds being donated to DAWG Greyhound & Lurcher Rescue. PLEASE NOTE: Some Covid safety measures may still be in place.

About The Event
This course runs for six (6) hours and is delivered by director Amanda Williams who is a qualified veterinary nurse. Included is your Allwinds Dog First Aid certificate which is valid for three (3) years from the date of completion. We routinely work with members of The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons to ensure our course content and skills are kept fully up to date.
Course content includes:
- Safety
- What is healthy, what isn't
- Primary survey
- CPR
- Bleeding
- Drowning
- Heatstroke
- Burns
- Seizures
- Traffic accidents
